Are You in Need of Support & Care?

John 13:34-35  “So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”

PCC Care Team is to carry out the scriptural invitation given by God for followers of Jesus to love each other well as He has loved us. The primary purpose/objective of the care team is to embody the love and compassion of the Triune God to His people who call PCC their church home.
